Since 2013, she has been Licensing Director at Nickelodeon Viacom Consumer Products (NVCP) and heads up key licensing development initiatives for NVCP in Russia, the CIS and Baltics.
Over her time at NVCP, Petia Toncheva has successfully launched a number of full-scale licensing programs in Russia across major licensing properties, including the international brands Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dora the Explorer, Paw Patrol, Blaze and the Monster Machines and Shimmer and Shine, employing an unconventional global approach on the Russian market.
